Frank
moved to the Pendleton area from Vancouver Island, British Columbia
to become Crow's Shadow's first full-time resident Master Printer.
He is an artist in his own right, working mainly in printmaking
and painting, and has collaborated with numerous artists in
the U.S., Canada and South Africa in the creation of limited
edition lithographs.
Frank
worked with Edgar Heap of Birds in September of 2001 on his
first collaborative edition for Crow's Shadow Press. He has
collaborated with other established and emerging Native American
artists, including Kay Walking Stick and Truman Lowe. He teaches
beginning and advanced printmaking workshops at the Institute
to a wide range of students.
