Biography
Murrell lives in La Grande, Oregon, and teaches as Associate Professor of Art at Eastern Oregon University. Murrell has exhibited nationally and been awarded residencies at Yaddo in Saratoga Sprints, New York, and Ragdale in Lake Forest, Illinois. Murrell received her B.A. in visual arts—with an emphasis in printmaking—from the University of Northern Colorado and her M.F.A. in painting from Savannah College of Art and Design.
