This 2-day workshop will be conducted by Marty Vreede from New Zealand and assisted by Frank Janzen, resident master printer at Crow’s Shadow Press. Marty is and exceptional artist, printmaker and paper maker. He has a great affinity for woodblock prints and will show the participants the traditional subtractive method of carving a block and printing it in relief as well as an additional method created by cutting thin wood veneers, adhering the shapes to a base and then printing them in relief. Two or three color prints may be easily made using these methods.

The fee is $180.00 with everything included.
